TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEB STORE PURCHASE AND WEBSITE USAGE
By purchasing goods from Aboriginal Bling Blam you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Custom orders may require procurement of metals or stones, therefore all custom orders will be assigned a shipping time frame depending on the order. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Aboriginal Bling Blam is not responsible for packages that are lost, undelivered, mis-delivered, or damaged in transit. Your purchase will be sent to the address entered at checkout on our site. Please double check your account to be sure your address is up to date.
International: All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Aboriginal Bling Blam is not responsible for these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
We warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Aboriginal Bling Blam is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund or exchange must be sent back to Aboriginal Bling Blam within 10 business days of receipt of product.
**Please note that custom pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales of custom pieces are considered final.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form. We advice purchasing shipping insurance equal to the value of the merchandise. If merchandise is lost or damaged in transit no refund or exchange will be granted.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
The description of goods, terms and conditions, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.
Aboriginal Bling Blam eCards can be redeemed online only. eCards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash value, or reloaded with additional value. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase an eCard.
FREE GIFT WRAP
Customers can receive free gift wrapping on all online orders equal to or exceeding $100. Any order containing a gift message will be packaged in special Aboriginal Bling Blam gift wrapping. Please note that only orders containing a gift message will receive gift wrapping.
We collect personally identifiable information through communications with you through the Aboriginal Bling Blam website, whenever you interact with Aboriginal Bling Blam online. Some examples include:

• Purchasing product(s) on the Aboriginal Bling Blam website
